Michael has been serving in Christian education for over 20 years and joined Maitland Christian School in 2024 after moving from Sydney. Throughout his career, he has been deeply committed to fostering excellence in Christian schooling and creating environments where every student is genuinely seen, known, and valued. Michael believes wholeheartedly that education is most powerful when students feel supported, encouraged, and inspired to grow in both character and learning.
Michael brings a calm, thoughtful leadership style and a passion for developing strong, Christ‑centred communities. He is energised by working alongside staff and families to help students thrive academically, spiritually, and personally.
Outside of school life, Michael loves spending time with his wife and their three teenage children. He’s also a big fan of a well‑made coffee, a good action movie, and settling in with a great book whenever he gets the chance.
