Winston serves as the Stage 1 Coordinator. He is passionate about creating a structured, supportive learning environment where students are encouraged to achieve their best and develop a love of learning. Winston has experience teaching across the primary years and values strong relationships with students and families as a foundation for effective learning. He strives to develop a culture where students know and love Christ, so that they are confident to push the boundaries in their learning and not be afraid to try their best. Outside the classroom, Winston enjoys spending time with his family, engaging in sport and enjoying the outdoors.
